Back in "Miss Me" Jeans

What does it feel like to get back in skinny jeans?  For most of us it is a battle we fight for most of our adult lives.   We remember when we had the perfect pair of jeans, not that the jeans were perfect, but we felt better while in them making them get labeled as our perfect skinny jeans.  It is well known that the majority of men and women battle their weight.  I know on television and in magazines it looks like everyone has the perfect body, but if you ever look up in the real world you will see what I see.

My husband and I went to breakfast Sunday morning and of course like anywhere in Phoenix on a Sunday morning there was a 45 minute wait.  I sat there people watching the entire time thinking about my  hCG journey.  I can honestly say over 90% of the people coming and going were obese or at the very least overweight.   I was sitting there observing and thinking the average person has the same battle as I have always had.   When I started on the hCG journey my BMI said I was obese.  I knew  I was a little chunky but never considered myself obese.  After reading Pounds & Inches by Dr. Simeons, I now understand what the negatives are of storing fat in your body.   I look back at the fat stores I had and I feel so blessed to have been introduced to hCG.  It has changed my life.  The hCG will re-sculpt your body into a NEW YOU.  I am now a size 3 and almost to my goal weight and feel great again.

Do you want to get back into your “Miss Me” jeans?  You can with hCG!

Hi Carol, Congratulations on your new skinny body. I am wondering what the MCT oil is and where I can purchase it locally? Thanks, christine@cmsinteriors.com

That is my same goal, I want to get a pair of miss me jeans too 🙂 I’m waiting to lose my pounds and inches. I’m on phase 2 day 6 of low cal diet. So I have two in half weeks to go. My goal is 158 to 135-140. I wondering if I need a size 6 instead of an 8? I had 10’s on and they were a little big and with miss me jeans they tell you go a size smaller, is that what you encountered? gosh I’m going to a big party tonight and the thought of trying not to drink alcohol is so hard, just one martini? I’m bringing lemonaid vitamin water 0 to stop me and I’m gonna put it in a fancy wine or martini glass.

I suggest waiting until a ways into P3 as you can loose inches after you stop the drops. Mine are a tad big for me 🙁

I’m just curious how tall you are.  A size three is so tiny.  I’m 5’6 and I wore a size three in high shcool but I don’t know if that would be realistick for me now at age 46.

I’m 5’5. I’m not in a size 3 on all brands, but when I find one, I love it! I usually grab the 4 in women’s sizes but on most brands but I am most comfortable in a 6. This allows breathing room for the horrible fluctuations that (peri)menopause is bringing on!

Thank you Carol…you are so helpful.  I am in an 8 right now.  I am 140.8 and would like to get down to 123.  I will be starting round two on January 3rd.  It is easier for me when my husband is at work.  We all appreciate what you are doing to help us.  I hear your name all the time.

Just remember to keep it a healthy weight that works for you. Anything less is not only unhealthy, but it’s terribly hard to stick with that number.
