Chicken & Bok Choy Stir Fry

I never age bok choy before I did protocol and now I love it and eat it all the time! Bok choy is a powerful cancer protectors because it improves the functioning of liver detoxification. So it’s a great choice when going through protocol which is a detox plan in itself! Here’s a great recipe from our P2 book! If you haven’t already done so, download your free copy here.

Bok Choy Stir Fry

100 g. chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1/8 c. chicken broth or water
2 garlic cloves, minced
Pinch of freshly grated ginger
2 1/2 c. bok choy
2 tsp. Asian Gourmet Seasonings
1 1/2 tsp. Braggs Liquid Aminos
3 green onions, chopped

Place coconut oil in skillet and heat to a medium heat. Add garlic and fry for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken and fry until cooked. Trim Bok Choy so the white sections are bite sized pieces. Add to the skillet along with remaining seasonings and cook for about 5 minutes, or until slightly cook yet crunchy. Bok Choy is meant to be tender crisp. Add green onions and greens of the bok choy and cook until the leaves are somewhat soft. Serve immediately.

*Add one Melba Toast or Grissini with your meal.

    Where’s the chicken in this recipe?  Do you stir fry it with the bok choy?
