Chicken Soup

P2 Chicken Soup

P2 Chicken Soup
100 grams chicken breast, cubed
1  1/2 C. chopped celery
2 C. Chicken broth
1 Tbsp onion
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Simmer and cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

    Question…I was looking at the ingredients on the Chicken broth…is it ok to have it on Phase 2?? Can’t wait to try this!!

    Hi Cheryl adjust the recipes for your serving sizes chicken soup and chicken cabbage soups are some of my favorites and I make a whole pot even in P3 and P4 I love them. 🙂 I feed my whole family my healthy dishes and they love them too.
