In reply to Shawna Culp. Thanks Shawna! I just finished making this and I am soooo full to the point I feel guilty like I ate too much! I had the soup and the Stuffed tomato. Very filling and I did 2/3 cups of Half water/Chicken broth just to be safe.

Instead of 2/3 cups of water, can you sub for Chicken broth?

In reply to Janna. They want you to put the other half in the soup. But you don't have to, you can make two tomatoes and put all of the salad in them.

Okay, maybe i missed it but where is the tomato juice coming from that gets blended with the chicken before it is stuffed itn the tomato?
