Chocolate Bites Delight

Chocolate Bites (A new twist to Chocolate Delight)

Chocolate Bites Delight

4 Tbsp coconut oil
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1 Tbsp. Carab powder (a lot less bitter than cocoa)
1/4-1/2 chopped raw nuts (I used almonds and mac nuts)
1/2 tsp. organic vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. liquid stevia

Melt coconut oil and chocolate in a small saucepan. In a separate bowl, mix rest of ingredients and then add the melted chocolate mixture. Place into a candy mold, or ice cube tray and pop them in the freezer.

These look great but do you know the calorie count on each one? How bites is this receip supposed to yield so I have the serving size correct?

Sorry, I just I don’t figure that all out. I do this as a hobby, and my life is so jam packed that I can’t do this for every recipe I submit. But the good news for you is you don’t need to count them. The calories in the coconut oil is not stored in our bodies as fat, but rather used as energy.

I’m sure you’ve been asked this question a million times but can these be eaten while on Phase 2?

So, I read below, the chocolate delight can be used in P2??
I have had the worst chocolate craving and went to get a sugar free diabetic chocolate (not that nice) to supress the craving..
How would I incorporate the chocolate delight in P2??

And anyone has a great vinaigrette recipe for P2?
I am findingnit really difficult without oil..

    Thanks for your help.

Can you do the “1 square of unsweetened chocolate” in P2?  Or is that ingredient just for P3?  I know the nuts I can’t do in P2 but wasn’t sure about the twist in the chocolate delight recipe of adding the unsweetened chocolate.
