I found an all egg white protein with no sugars at all. I&#039;ve been using in P2 because it&#039;s easier to take to work than a small mound of cooked meat. It&#039;s also pretty filling because it froths up. I add the Stevia vanilla drops and my strawberries and it&#039;s yummy. Tried the Rob Roy Egg White shake in P3 last round and the Xylitol about tore my insides out. So far so good...I&#039;m losing well in week 1 with the shakes. If I need 60% that is a lot of Protein.   Can  I make a shake and count the calories etc. in the shake, do I drink one each day?  or should I spread them over the week??
