Jif’s Omega-3 Peanut butter is the exact type of fraud and deception that our politicians are supposed to be up in washington fighting to protect us from. They should put a big red placard on the front of the jar advertising FULLY HYDROGENATED OIL!!!!

I have also found the natural brand from Target is good and just has peanuts and salt. I also make some chocolate delight in a little paper cup and then put a drop of peanut butter and then another drop of cd on top to cover it. Almost a reese cup but better for you.
