Carol’s Facebook Quicktips #16

Coconut oil is thermaognic so it aids in breaking weight loss stalls. It is digested and processed differently than other fats. And you don’t need to count it in your daily calorie count. Why? because it’s used in the body as energy and not stored as fat!

Any sources for CHEAP(er) Coconut Cooking oil?? As it is not found in normal grocery stores and “health food” stores are usually too pricey…Can’t imagine movie theaters (when they used it for popcorn) paid $7-$16 for a 16 ounce bottle..There MUST be a place to buy it as a reasonable price…HELP !!

Curious about all the comments I see on other sites about coconut oil, or more specifically, choco delight. I see multiple posts claiming it is difficult and/or impossible to stabilize in P3 if you have used coconut oil in P2? Can any of you give guidance on this? Thanks! 🙂

We used coconut oil in chocolate delight throughout phase 2. Coconut oil burns as energy not as fat. We highly recommend it 🙂
