I like to add the milk, vanilla creme (or hazelnut) stevia, some vanilla extract (small spoonful) and 2 dashes of cinnamon (enough to cover the top). Stir well (and often). So good!!! I also like to add my milk, pop a chocolate delight into my XL coffee, and add peppermint stevia. Almost like a mint chocolate latte. Yum!

I use my magic bullet with 1/2Tb coconut oil, 1 packet dry sweet leaf stevia or 1/2 dropper flavored stevia, a little pink salt, 1/2Tb cocoa ( I use raw ) and a lg mug of hot coffee. Cover lid with towel just in case and blend. It comes out creamy and foamy and yummy!

Phase 3. When I’m not sleeping well…I tiptoe into the kitchen and get some coffee….1/3. Fill the mug with almond milk and add sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg. Sometimes I add a teaspoon brandy extract. Heat…drink…feel full and night night.

I mix my P2 daily allowance of warm milk with small coffee spoon of organic cocoa, and run it through the foam maker on my coffee machine. Its grinding fresh coffee for every cup and even though I could handle more milk (much more lol) this is a perfect morning mini cocoa cappuccino :). I finish it with a dash of cinnamon…. I don’t like my coffee sweet so I do not use any stevia but you could add just any flavor!

I like my Americano (made by Starbucks usually) with a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg or sometimes just pumpkin pie spice. Then I add NuNaturals Vanilla Stevia (liquid) which is my favorite stevia.! Sometimes a dash of coconut milk too. It’s pretty basic, but enjoyable.

Well I like my coffee black, so phase 2 coffee is not difficult for me. However, I do miss my sweets, so for a treat I add hazelnut flavored stevia, sometimes my tsp of milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg. This is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up and satisfies my sweet tooth. Once I’m in phase three I add half n half or whip up whipped cream then flavor with stevia powder to sweeten and add a dollop to my coffee. I think key is starting with a good quality coffee though. Cheers!

I add a tablespoon of unsweetened coco, 6 drops of chocolate stevia and 4 drops of English toffee stevia. stir it and enjoy a peaceful moment all to myself! 🙂 If I am on P3 I add half and half. Its sorta like a cafe mocha from starbucks!

I also saw where you can freeze coffee in ice cube form and add it to make an iced coffee, am going to try this when the weather warms up! I LOVE COFFEE!!

P2 – I tried making my beloved bullet proof coffee with the allowed coconut oil or mct oil or combination both (1 tbs coconut oil 1 tbs mct oil) . ( i cant never get the chocolate delight perfected, so that was my way of having my coffee and coconut oil daily) Brew your coffee and use a handblender or the magic bullet, blend your brew with your coconut oil and stevia (french vanilla is my fav) it makes your coffee so frothy and takes a latte color to it

Late P3 I used coconut manna on my bullet proof coffee and sometimes I brewed coffee and add Natures Guru unsweetened Cardamon Chai packet plus coconut manna/Butter

P3 my cold version: brewed & chilled coffee, home made almond milk, a few ice cubes, blend to desired consistency and at the very end add some chocolate delight pieces ( since they were an epic failure to eat as if) blend it a some and there you have it. Cookies and cream coffee

Make a regular cup if coffee add the milk and stevia (vanilla creme) and stick it in the fridge/freezer to cool. Sometimes I blend ice cubes with a tbsp of cocoa powder. Or just add ice!

BULLETPROOF COFFEE Use the lowest toxin, highest performance coffee there is (purchase from Bulletproof Executives) I brew it in my Keuring or use a french press and then blend unsalted, grass-fed butter (Kellygold) into it, along with an extract of coconut oil or MCT Oil that improves brain energy. Yes, butter. All the benefits of healthy milk fat with none of the damaging denatured casein proteins found in cream. It makes for the creamiest, most satisfying cup of coffee you’ve ever had. It will keep you satisfied with level energy for 6 hours if you need it, and because I’m having it for breakfast, I’m programming my body to burn fat for energy all day long! Add Stevia for more sweetness. I also have Chronic Fatigue and Immunological Syndrome and other autoimmune illnesses (Lupus, Sjorgen’s Syndrome, RA, etc.) and Bulletproof Coffee has changed my life. I don’t do this on P2 but return to this on P3. Truly a blessing 🙂

wow. . . I am a plain Jane at home with just my coffee and half and half – sometimes I will add cinnamon – I had given up on ‘specialty’ coffee because I would only get it at Starbucks etc. . This looks like something I might actually try – can you post the amounts of ingredients. . . like amounts of CO, butter, coffee etc. . I have tried CO in my coffee before and the oily texture was horrible. Help – I am coffee-impaired!! 😉

I love my skinny take on Alton Brown “coffee granita”

Total Time: 5 hr 35 min
    Prep: 5 min
    Cook: 5 hr 30 min
    Yield: 6 servings

    Ingredients
2 cups lukewarm espresso or strong black coffee
4 pockets of Sweet Leaf Stevia
2 tablespoons flavored stevia – any flavor
1 teaspoon orange or lemon zest
    Directions
Combine all ingredients and stir until stevia melts. Pour mixture into 9 by 13-inch metal pan and place on level shelf in freezer for half an hour. (Mixture should only come about 1/4-inch up the side of the pan.) Remove and use a dinner fork to scrape any ice crystals that have formed on the side or bottom of the pan. Return to freezer and repeat scraping every 20 to 30 minutes for 3 to 4 hours. Once mixture is thoroughly frozen, fluff with a fork and allow flakes to “dry” in freezer another half hour before serving. When served, the granita should look like a fluffy pile of dry brown crystals.

Scoop add additional citrus zest if desired.
For P3 u can top it with whip cream 🙂
    ——– Enjoy ——

For Phase 3 – Breakfast in a Travel mug! Place one cup of hot coffee into the deep container that comes with your immersion blender (or other deep container). If you can, place the container in the sink to catch any splashes. Crack an egg into a small bowl and have it ready. Add 1 teaspoon dry unsweetened cocoa, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 tablespoon virgin unrefined coconut oil to the hot coffee in the deep container. Blend well with your immersion blender. Then while blender is running, add the raw egg and continue blending. Pour into your travel mug and enjoy breakfast on the go!

I like strong flavorful coffee. (Phase 2 or 3)
1 Cup Peet’s French coffee – brewed in a small coffee drip maker.
1/4 cup milk steamed in espresso maker with creamy foam
I add my regular stevia to the milk before steaming. (vanilla crème is lovely too)

I warm my cup with hot water first.
Then pour freshly brewed coffee in large mug
Add the steamed milk, spooning the foam on top
Sprinkle with cinnamon. YUM to the last sip.

I’m getting ready to do a round so this comment is a few months after last comment. I;m surprised no one uses canned coconut milk. I have used it on P2 before and like it so much I have continued to use it all the time. It is rich and creamy tasting!
