Crunchy Sweet Apple Chicken Salad P2

100 g chicken, cooked and chopped
1 apple, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
2 Tbsp. sweet onion, chopped
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Sprinkle of these spices as desired: Nutmeg, cardamom, curry, sea salt & pepper
8 drops Stevia, or to taste

Mix ingredients together, then sprinkle with stevia and cinnamon. Chill for 20minutes. Serve with a wedge of lemon and enjoy. This makes an excellent meal to carry to work or when you are traveling.

*Add one Melba Toast or Grissini with your meal.

1 Protein / 1 Vegetable / 1 Fruit

      chicken 100 grams 86
      Apple large- 70-100
      Celery – 6 cal per stalk

          approx depending how how much celery you add and the size of the apple will make it vary and you will need to enter into calories to see

    I love this recipe, I add fresh cilantro and it gives it a pop. Delicious!
