I can cook for the whole family on it. As long as you do not overcook your
meat is tender and juicy minus the fat content. I think have the two layer
cooking and pressure from the top lid allows more fat to be release than
even a standard grill.

I used George all throught my first round, it was winter time! My 20 year old son discovered how good it is to cook his food on there too. When he moves out that will be the first thing I buy him! 🙂
