I eat good fats on my clean days. I always have coconut oil, avocado, etc.  I am a little concerned about the comment of correction days. You should not have to do so many and if they don&#039;t work, then your body doesn&#039;t need correcting. So, wondering if you are not eating enough calories, or if your LDW isn&#039;t correct. Have you seen my vlog on this? 


Dairy can clog our system so you are probably right ... cheese is a huge culprit. Please send a note if you need more help with getting on track.]]></description>

Some folks say &#039;yes&#039;, others say &#039;no&#039;.  Just wondering whether to include even a bit.  I saw a post saying she adds a bit of coconut milk to her coffee or avocado to a salad if she&#039;s hungry on a P3 or P4 clean day.  What is your thought on this? Today is my first attempt at a &#039;clean day&#039;. I&#039;ve given up correction days....  steak days don&#039;t work for me and I&#039;ve had some slight success with chicken egg days and egg days, but I think I best try clean eating for a while and see what happens, then try adding in heavy cream and cheese and see if I gain again, as I suspect they&#039;re the culprit... 					<description><![CDATA[Carol, after drinking my detox tea yeasterday and flushing out my systom. I had a weight grain of 1/2 pound. I eat 1 cup of home made onion soup with orgaqnic chicken broth and shrimp. I eat my orange in the morning. Dinner 3.5 oz chicken with a cup of cabbage. I drink 5-160z of decafinated tea. I also eat five small very thin pieces of choco delight. I am P2 Day 8 R1. I have lost 10.1 pounds as of Sunday.
