Phase 3/Phase 4 Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Place the following in the blender: 1 egg, 1 oz. cream cheese, 3 drops (or more) pumpkin spice stevia drops (or vanilla or egg nog flavored) After blending, fry “pancake” batter in coconut oil spray on medium heat. (Flip pancakes once or twice.) Enjoy. Optional stevia syrup: mix melted butter with flavored stevia to use as pancake syrup to drizzle on top.

Add 5 drops English Toffee stevia with 2-3 drops vanilla stevia, add it to an 8oz cup of coffee with a tbsp of milk and you have yourself a toffee vanilla latte. Yummo.

    Sweet Stevia Kisses
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).For best results, put parchment paper on a regular cookie sheet.
Beat 2 egg whites, 1/8t salt, and 1/8t cream of tartar until very firm. Gradually add 3 – 4 drops of Stevia and mix.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on pan. Bake 300 degrees for 25 minutes. They should only be lightly browned.

To keep the middles from being ‘chewy’, open the oven door, and let the kisses set over night to complete the drying process.
