corn in P3? I thought that was starch? I’m still on my first week or so of P3. So is this ok?

Ezekiel products are not a starch.. Wait until your are in week two and let
your body get used to the new calories first 🙂

try adding true lime, and they are even more awesome!!

We don’t want to encourage True Lime because it has evaporated cane juice in it.

what about the home made salsa recipe, can we have that too?

Instead of baking them, if you have a food dehydrator, you can even eliminate the oil calories by letting them dehydrate overnight.  I’m sitting here munching on mine as I type.  SOOOO good!

Can they be the Ezekiel whole grain ones?

    • carolensminger on May 30, 2012 at 6:22 pm

Yes, as long as it is sprouted grain. I personally prefer the taste of corn chips as well as love that it’s not a wheat product.

Can the tortilla chips be sprayed with P3 approved Olive Oil Nonstick Cooking Spray instead of Coconut Oil? Also, can I use Himalayan Salt instead of Sea Salt? Thank you!

    • admin on August 31, 2021 at 11:02 am

Yes, any P3 approved oils can sub MCT/Coconut oil. We recommend Himalayan salt!

How do the chips turn out in an air fryer?

    • Carol Ensminger on August 24, 2022 at 9:30 am

Great! You may need a little more oil and they take 5-7 minutes depending on your air fryer. Mine is the Ninja Floodi and it takes 6 minutes. I spray mine with the Avocado spray from Costco.
