There are no rules to loading. Some prefer healthy loading especially if they are further along in their weight loss and are eating mostly processed free. You can load on high fats too capacity is the general rule. Whether those are healthy fats or not is up to your loading plan.. The key is to capacity. :)]]></description>

Another area says to eat all of the pizza and ice cream etc you can.  This recipe uses flour, can someone clarify why the resources are conflicting?  Thanks!]]></description>
