In reply to <a href="https://littlechoiceseveryday.com/microwave-dangers/#comment-2022">Andrea</a>.

I did the videos where I use a microwave a while back. Since then I have learned the dangers of using a microwave, however, I decided to leave my videos up because it is a personal, individual choice to use it or not. I did not want to take them down for those who use a microwave. I personally no longer use it, my fry my eggs in coconut oil and bake my muffins :)

Confused : / Some of your videos show microwave use (poache egg for example), so do you use it sometimes? I am very interested in this. To be honest, it would be very difficult for me to give it up at this point, but thinking about it.

I am so glad you are addressing this issue. We like you stopped using our microwave 4 years ago. We got it out of the house and replaced it with a hood fan. You are correct in saying that you will not even miss it. We had a few days of adjustment in reheating food but now we are so used to it. It is a breeze. I have also been spreading the news about microwaves. A word of advice, be careful with restaurant food. Some restaurants use microwaves to heat up vegetables and desserts so, check with the restaurant before ordering. Thank you for your ongoing research. Have a blessed day.
