you can usually buy these at Asian food markets for a fraction of the cost of online, they are just a Japanese version. As long as it is SHIRATAKI noodles it is the same, but check the label, some are mixed with tofu and have calories.
If you cook them as directed (rinse for at least 30 seconds, then boil for at least 3 minutes) rinse them again and add some spices or sauce, they are actually OK.
If you fry them with salt, pepper, hot sauce, or homemade tomato sauce etc it makes them an OK meal and makes you feel a little more full. (try adding spices and spinach, onions, garlic)

I ate them on protocol- actually they helped me psychologically when I would eat "spaghetti, or stroganoff". I always had a loss and don't struggle with rice at all. In fact, now I grate cauliflower and use it instead of rice. But what I appreciate most in your video is "we are detoxing our bodies on P2" that was a profound thought. Thanks Carol for caring and sharing!

Great video! These also have zero taste and they're slimy in texture. My co-worker and I were so excited to try these and when we got them we were not impressed. We've have had no desire to eat them again.
