My Results from the Detox Bath

We have talked about this before, but I want to encourage everyone to try the detox bath. If you think about how much body fat the body is breaking down while on the hCG, it will encourage you to help in the cleansing process. This is why drinking 2 liters of water a day to help the cleansing is so important. It is also important to note that if you drink a lot of caffeine you will need to increase your water intake to compensate for the dehydrating features of caffeinated drinks. The hCG releases at the cellular level and flushes out through urination.

I have personally lost 1-2 lbs with every detox bath I have done and I try to do them a few times a week. I feel much better after getting the toxins out of my system. Go light a candle, relax, and enjoy the detox bath knowing that you are helping the process of your weight loss move along that much quicker!

Hi, did you lose the 1-2 lbs in addition to the regular weight loss on phase 2? Thanks

No you will lose and some will lose occasionally with a detox bath. It will
help pull out toxins. Very good for your overall system.
