Eleven Pipers Piping

CONTEST:
In the comments below please tell us A Christmas Miracle story you have heard?

I will share my story below:

We came up a hill and there stands Rudolph’s daddy. He was huge took up both lanes and was so tall I could see his massive body and his neck but not even his head. He was a prize winner for sure. Massive and I will remember him forever.  they had just had a snow storm and I guess they like to lick salt off road..but sides of the road were still full of snow and icy.. so I swerve to right and hit ice which then caused the spin and correction of left to right, etc.. once we hit the ditch we started to flip. The cop said we flipped 5 times. and took out a pine tree. We landed upside down. While in the spin it was like we were in a bubble everything was flying around but nothing hit any of us. When we landed I knew we were all okay I said boys are you okay and they said yes and we then went to figure out how to get out. The dog was with us she jumped in my lap as we were sitting on the ceiling which was very disorienting. A driver behind came and busted outside the window so we could climb out. Jesse was still preaching away the whole time. I would like to report. “He will give His angels Charge over us to keep us in all our ways.” Hebrews 1:14 says that Angels are ministering spirits sent to the heirs of salvation.

I have 3 broken fingernails, Alex has a bruise on his cheek and Brandon had a small cut on one knuckle. Nothing in the car hit us, cut us, or anything. Sami (the dog) had no injuries either. We climbed out and I was sitting there and a fireman came up and said mam are you okay? I smiled and said sir I think I am highly blessed. He said yes, yes I do believe you are.

Praise the Lord we are all in perfect health and it was a Christmas miracle for sure! When Brandon cleaned out the car right in the center of the car was a coin just laying there it was the Prayer of Jabez coin. I found it at the hotel and said Where did this come from.. they thought it was mine but I did not have one in my car. It is a token from the wreck that even in the worst of storms the Lord will protect you.

And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain.” So God granted him what he requested.

I Chronicles 4:10 NKJV

Everyone have a blessed and wonderful Christmas 🙂

I don’t have a miracle Christmas story myself…but the whole reason for the season is a miracle in itself.  Lets all remember why we celerbrate.  Merry Christmas everyone.

Your story reminds me of a miracle that my family experienced about 13 years ago. My oldest brother was driving home from college one weekend for a visit. The roads were icy and he lost control of his truck. He ended up rolling 4 times and his vehicle collapsed around him. About an inch of the collapsing roof caught on his headrest and that saved his life. He crawled out of a space about half the size it should have been and only had a few scratches on his face. The firemen were shocked that someone walked away from that vehicle.

Now when we got our licenses as teens my mom really struggled with it. She gave each of us in turn our angels. They are angel visor clips that read “please drive safe because somebody loves you”. She joked at the time that she was sending her angels to watch over and protect us on the roads. I laughed and thought they were hidden cameras to make sure we weren’t breaking rules. That changed after hearing my brothers story… All he remembers from the accident is starting to spin, reaching his hand up to brace himself and it landing on the angel. He said a calm came over him and he knew that he would be alright. That night and the next morning there were pictures taken of the vehicle and in 3 different pictures you can see the angel and it has a bright halo around it. Some have said it’s just the lighting but our family knows differently. Those angels have been in every vehicle that we have owned and will go with us forever. If nothing else they remind me to slow down and appreciate the time that we have.

So glad you and your family are okay Shauna! Miracles do happen!
    Merry Christmas

I may not have a Christmas miracle but I know of a few. It is the season that brings the miracles to all that believe and there are guardian angels I know because I have one Merry Christmas

I don’t know how much of a miracle it is – but the first year my husband and I were married, I wasn’t able to go “home” with my side of the family for Christmas.  Where we live, we don’t usually have a white Christmas – but going  North for the holidays always gave me wonderful snowy scenes!  That year we couldn’t go, but for once in a blue moon, we had snow for Christmas – it snowed ALL day!  I felt like it was a hug from God.  🙂  The best miracle of all is when Jesus came as a little baby to give us all a way for a relationship with Him.  Merry Christmas!!

Honestly, shawna’s story is the most inspiring and wonderful Christmas miracle I’ve ever heard!

I have no Christmas miracles.  Shawna’s is the most amazing and am very grateful that she and her family are safe.  Merry Christmas to all….

Three weeks ago our church was asked to start interceding for a baby who was taken to hospital , she had swallowed a small toy and it had lodged in her lungs. That day at church as we formed a circle to pray for Nasiah I felt a nudge to pray. I once had choked on a large marble at the age of 8 or 9 yrs. of age. I will never forget it I had no air and remember thinking I would die. I was in the back seat when this took place my aunt was driving and my mom in passenger seat. It became apparent to my Mom that I was choking and she tried to get to me . All of a sudden that heavy ballbearing marble popped out of my throat with such force , I knew it was a miracle and that an angel of the most High had rescued me .  So I started praying with that in mind for this little baby Nasiah asking Jesus to dislodge this toy from her just like He did for me . Then after three weeks this precious little girl on life supports started to change and the toy went down and she is now able to breathe on her own. She is a miracle , she may need surgery when she is stronger . I have sent pictures to Shawna of her condition now.

The real miracle is that her name Nasiah in Hebrew means MIRACLE. I think God is speaking through this on the 10th and 11th day of Christmas our true love sent to us, Jesus His only Son , came in flesh to bear our sins and give us everlasting life . Praise God in all things !

My Christmas miracle began 7 1/2 months ago. My Dad had some dental work done (no biggie), but from it developed a staph infection. The infection went straight to his new heart valve that he had replaced about 6 months prior.  The infection in the heart valve caused a stroke. Soon after that Dad got sepsis (where your entire body becomes septic). His doctor told my sister that he was dying. Through tears she said, “Please don’t give up on my Daddy!”. He said, “Well, he’s too sick to operate on! If I operate he’ll die”.  She said, “You have to do something”. So, he had surgery to replace the infected heart valve. To our utter amazement he survived the surgery! The doctor was shocked, the nurses were shocked…that in and of itself was a miracle. The next few weeks were terrible though. The doctors told us that he was just too sick and there was no way that he could pull through. He went into multiple organ shut-down. His kidneys completely shut down, as well as his liver. We were determined to keep praying and believing for his ultimate healing. Weeks turned into months, and although there was a little progress here and there, he was on a ventilator and not making much headway. The nurses and doctors gave us no hope of a recovery. In fact, TWICE we were actually reported to the Ethics Committee at Baylor Medical Center, because they thought it was unethical for us to keep him on the ventilator! They tried to pressure us to turn off the ventilator, and in essence kill him. We believed so strongly that we weren’t supposed to, so we kept fighting. We were told by his Nephrologist “Thousands of people have come through this hospital with the same exact thing as your father, and not ONE of them has left alive”. With those odds, I can see now why they pressured us…because there literally was NO HOPE of him getting better. Well…I have news for them. We serve a God who is not confined by the laws of nature or medicine! Today my wonderful Daddy is at Baylor Specialty Hospital, where they work on rehabilitation. He’s been off of the ventilator for about a month, and is getting better everyday! We went to the hospital yesterday for Christmas, and started singing hymns and carols to him (because singing has always been a HUGE part of his life). To our amazement, not only did he sing along, but he remembered most of the words and he even HARMONIZED! For a man that shouldn’t be alive…that sure was miraculous! We have a long road ahead of us, but we’re so very thankful for LIFE this Christmas and for God’s faithful provision!
