Parmesan Crusted Fish

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Phase 3 recipe

1 egg
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
2 lbs. (white) fish
3/4 C. grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Beat egg with garlic and pepper. Coat fish fillets with egg mixture and roll in the parmesan cheese to coat. Let sit at least 5 minutes. Heat oil on medium heat in large skillet and cook fillets until browned. Turn the fillets over to brown other side. Sprinkle with parsley and lemon.

    This looks ike a good receipe but you might want to let others know that it is for Phase 3 &4 and not for Phase 2.

    This looks so delicious! I have been craving parmesan chicken or fish so bad. I miss cheese so much! I’m in P2, but I will be trying this asap in P3

    How many servings is this?

      1-2 depending on your protein intake needs. Try to keep protein intake 60% or 100 grams for p3.

    can this recipe says chicken? can this be a chicken parmagana alternative? can it be baked not fried?

    I’m having trouble with you recaptcha. I’m in my first day of P3 and I’m in a panic. I did the fit day program and it is telling me to eat 1638 calories a day. I can’t find that many calories and I’m afraid I’m going to gain weight on that amount. I’m at 26.5% on protein. and it’s dinner time. Ugh. Can you help me?
