					<description><![CDATA[If my LDW is on a Monday, would I continue eating 500 calories through Thursday and then on Friday increase my calories? I’m confused on the 72 hour cutoff. 

Also, do you increase calories gradually over P3 or is the goal to eat 1500+ starting the day after the 72 hours?
