Whey is preferred but those who have issues with whey use egg but there are many complaints of the taste of it

concentrated whey that has the water
removed from it, leaving a dry powder. It does absorb better into our system, so it's best to have it listed first if it's in the ingredients. Protein isolates have lower levels of
carbohydrates and fat and are almost exclusively pure protein. Sucralose - is it an added ingredient, or found within added fruits? If it's there because there is fruit in the powder, it's fine, if it's an added chemical sugar, I'd not be as excited about it. Rapadura is whole cane sugar. Here is one I use http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001E5DZIO?ie=UTF8&tag=mirskidro-20&linkCode=xm2&camp=1789&creativeASIN=B001E5DZIOThis one is not as good, but okay http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004T330PQ?ie=UTF8&tag=mirskidro-20&linkCode=xm2&camp=1789&creativeASIN=B004T330PQ

I purchased the Jay Robb but cannot begin to continue to use it as it is outrageously unaffordable - while it tastes fine, it's just not realistic to us daily for those of us on average incomes - especially with three of us using it. I found 100% Whey from Cytosport (makers of muscle milk) at Costco - it is 80% concentrated and 20% isolated whey protein. It does have 1g of sugar from sucralose. I am in P3 wk 3 stabilized and seem to be doing fine with it for 2 wks. now. With 27 g protein, 6g BCAA's and 12g of EAA's - isn't it just as beneficial as the Jay Robb with such a low sucralose content? What is the difference between isolate and concentrated whey? I notice that th Jay Robb is 100% isolate. Of course I would prefer one with stevia, but considering the cost is about $.39 p/oz. vs. $1.85 p/oz. for Jay Robb, I just can't justify the cost. Also, with such a low sucralose content, is it that negatively affecting?

Lastly, is there a list somewhere for GOOD sugar substitutes? I have all of the "stay away" from list, but not many good subs outside of stevia and am not familiar with many such as rapadura talked about in the candied nuts recipe.

If there is anyway to get in ACV we should all take advantage of it!

You can't even taste it, that is why its so great to put it in there.. :) You can put MCT oil in it too.. I forgot to add that, will edit it :) another option that I seen also was to add your favorite fiber to it, I don't use it. But a good way to get all of your needs in! :)
