If you experience any water retention while on the diet you can try one of the natural water off pills.  Water pills use natural vitamins and minerals to help balance the fluids in the body.  I always recommend increasing your water intake first if you are having any fluid retention but there are times especially around PMS or (TOM) that some may experience added water weight.
