<p>Flaxseed Meal Cinnamon Bread</p>
<p>1/4 C. Flaxseed Meal<br />
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder<br />
1 tsp. Cinnamon<br />
1 Packet Stevia<br />
1 Egg<br />
1 tsp. butter, softened<br />
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. In a coffee mug mix butter and eggs and beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Cook in microwave or 1 1/2 &#8211; 2 minutes. Let it cool slightly and then slice up. Great with butter</p>
<p>Variation &#8211; add a few pieces of chopped apple.</p>
<p>200 calories for the loaf</p>
