It is considered a complete food,&nbsp;with just the right balance of&nbsp;protein, fat and carbohydrates. It can boost our immune system as well as ramp up fat-burning.</p>

The fermentation process is slightly different, so the benefits will be as well. I’m fairly dairy-free but I do enjoy yogurt in moderation.</p>
