<p>Family Pasta Night (Stabilized P3 and P4)</p>
<p>1 lb ground turkey<br />
3 Tbsp coconut oil<br />
1 medium onion, chopped<br />
1 Tbsp garlic, minced<br />
2 cans tomatoes<br />
1 can tomato paste<br />
1 can tomato sauce<br />
1 tsp italian seasoning<br />
2 tsp. sea salt<br />
1/4 tsp pepper<br />
2 bay leafs<br />
1 (8 oz) box Quinoa pasta<br />
Romano and/or Parmesan cheese, grated</p>
<p>Heat coconut oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until slightly translucent then add garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes longer. Remove from skillet and set aside. Place the ground turkey in skillet and cook until browned. Place turkey, onion and garlic in a large pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 1 hour. Cook pasta according to directions on package and add to sauce when ready. Top with cheese and serve.</p>

<p>1 lb. lean ground turkey<br />
1 medium onion, chopped<br />
3 garlic cloves, crushed<br />
1/2 head cabbage, chopped<br />
1 (8 oz) tomato sauce<br />
1/2 C. red and green peppers, chopped<br />
3-4 Tbsp. jalapeño, chopped<br />
1/4 tsp cinnamon<br />
1/2 tsp. nutmeg<br />
1/2 tsp. dried oregano<br />
1 tsp. sea salt<br />
1/2 tsp. pepper<br />
1 C. Mozzarella cheese</p>
<p>Brown turkey in a large skillet on medium heat. Add onion, peppers and garlic and cook until onion is soft. Stir in sauce and spices and cook covered for 5 minutes. Add the cabbage until cooked to desired softness. Top with cheese and serve.</p>

<div>2 lbs. of lean ground turkey</div>
<div>1/2 c. onion, chopped</div>
<div>1/2 tsp. garlic powder</div>
<div>6 oz. can of tomato paste</div>
<div>8 oz. sour cream</div>
<div>1 c. of  cottage cheese</div>
<div>16 oz. of Monterey Jack cheese, shredded</div>
<div>1 (4 oz.) can of mild green chilies, chopped</div>
<div>1 can of Rotel, un-drained</div>
<div>1/4 c. black olives, chopped (optional)</div>
<div>*Cooked Ezekiel noodles (optional)</div>
<div>Cook meat until browned. Drain and set aside. In the same pan the turkey was cooked in, add onion, garlic powder, Rotel, tomato paste, and olives. Cook over low heat until the onion is clear.</p>
<div>In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, half of the cheese and chilies. Add the meat, cooked noodles(Ezekiel Brand) and remaining ingredients.  Pour mixture into a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.</div>
