<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You may have heard of “golden milk” which is a delicious evening beverage know to aid in relaxation, and therefore promote a good night’s sleep. Made with turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and natural sweetener, this bedtime latte is the perfect relaxing remedy for winding down at night as it helps to induce a sound sleep.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Consuming healthy fats before bedtime can help you fall and stay asleep by giving you that same sleepy feeling you get after finishing an especially satisfying meal.</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>1&nbsp;cup Almond milk (or other milk of choice)</li><li>1 Tbsp. coconut oil</li><li>1/2&nbsp;Inch&nbsp;Ginger Root</li><li>1/4&nbsp;tsp&nbsp;<a href="https://amzn.to/3vTmwyK">Turmeric Powder</a>&nbsp;(or 1/2 inch Turmeric Root, grated)</li><li>1/4&nbsp;tsp&nbsp;Ground Black Pepper</li><li>A Pinch&nbsp;of&nbsp;<a href="https://amzn.to/2PqKNva">Ceylon Cinnamon</a></li><li>1 Tbsp.&nbsp;<a href="https://amzn.to/3swMnut">Pure honey</a>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<a href="https://amzn.to/3fcgTWE">Pure maple syrup</a>&nbsp;(Optional)</li></ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Heat the milk in a saucepan over a medium-low heat. Add turmeric powder, ginger, black pepper and cinnamon. Whisk the milk to ensure all ingredients are dissolved and releasing their properties into the milk.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Remove milk just before it reaches boiling point. Strain (if needed) and add sweetener if desired.</p>
