Made this for lunch today and it was delicious. I am not crazy about celery but I think I like it much better cooked. And adding in the shrimp made the meal! Yum!

I'm noticing these recipes have additives like:coconut oil and chopped onion and garlic. None of which are listed in dr.Simeons original protocol. Are these ok to use all the time in small quantities? I just want to have the highest weight dropped possible and he warms to stick strictly to his diet plan if u want to acheive maximum results. Can you give me some clarity? I would really like to add something's to these very plain and unappetizing meals I've been making myself so far! Lol
