P2 Mini Meatballs with Signature Asparagus
A favorite P2 recipe from the Facebook Group made with ground beef and several spices. The recipe is very simple and great to make ahead. Double or triple the recipe for easy meal prep. They have a great Italian flavor and are so filling and satisfying while on a low calorie diet
P2 Mini Meatballs
3.5 oz ground beef
1 Tbsp bread crumbs (this is the equivalent of your WASA or grissini allowance (crushed).
1 Tbsp milk
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Pinch of pepper
Preheat oven to 425. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Form into small balls (I get 8-10 in a batch.) Place on baking sheet and cook 7-9 minutes or until done. Drain on paper towels.
Simple Signature Asparagus
100 grams asparagus (6-8 medium spears)
Signature Blend Seasoning
Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with MCT oil or spray MCT Coconut Oil spray over the asparagus. Sprinkle the Signature Seasoning over top.
Bake at the same time as your meatballs, checking them for your desired of doneness.
