Pasta ala Chicken

Phase 3 Stabilized

Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2” strips
Coconut Flour
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. coconut oil
2 Tbsp. butter
3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 onion, minced
1 (28 oz.) cut tomatoes in juice
2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 chicken bouillon cube
6 tbsp. cream
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 lb. Quinoa pasta, cooked according to directions on package

Directions:
Put coconut flour, salt and pepper in a brown bag and shake chicken in flour mixture. Cook chicken in skillet on medium high with coconut oil until lightly browned. Part way through, add remaining ingredients except pasta, cheese and cream. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring a occationally. Add pasta, cheese and stir in cream.
