The Phases of the Diet Explained -This gives you a simple breakdown of the four phases that make up the Diet.

Weight Tracking Sheet -Use this sheet to keep a record of your daily weight and your weekly measurements.  This will help you monitor gains, losses, and plateaus.

P2 Shopping List -The diet requires maintaining a strict diet and this list will help you ensure that your kitchen is fully stock with the right food and ingredients.  Some of these items are more commonly found in health food stores such as Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Trader Joes.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH ! I did the injections and was constantly hungry. I was not able to stick to it as I was suppose to. I am finding with the liquid drops I am not hungry and I am having greater success. I have only been on P2 for 6 days and have dropped 11 lbs ! thank you so much !

    i am in phase 3 an confused little. i am to not eat starches and sugar when i look on every ingredient it some foods that recepies suggest for p3 like whole cottage cheese has some sugar and carbs, even almonds read 1 sugar and carbs so i don't know what is ok.

    It is key to look at the ingredient list. Cottage cheese may say 3 grams of
    sugar but it's a natural sugar. Watch for the name sugar and/or alternative
    names (
    http://miracleskinnydrops.com/2009/12/sugar-wat…)
    and if you don't see any listed it is a natural sugar. Natural sugar is
    fine. Raw almonds are p3 friendly.
