Yes, tomato can count as a fruit or veggie, but we usually mixed with tomato on protocol with lettuce

So, the tomato and lettuce are mixed and when combined, counted as 1 veggie serving, right? I’m going to make this tomorrow…and I’m saving my 1 T milk serving, only substituting Greek yogurt, for (sort of) sour cream! Now….if we could just figure out a way to add some cheddar cheese!! LOL Thanks 🙂

Thanks for this recipe. Very good addition. Made this and it was very yummy. Also very filling. It is now one of my favorites. I never tried it with a tablespoon of greek yogurt. I would be afraid to. Plus I like my milk in my coffee.
