Phase 2 recipe Garlic ShrimpGarlic Shrimp 100g shrimp (peeled & deveined) 4-6 cloves minced garlic or 1-2 t garlic paste 2 Tbs chicken broth or 2 Tbs MCT oil Other spices, pepper, sea salt, etc.. Phase 2 recipe 100g shrimponion - chopped (allowed amount)1 t garlic paste (3-4 cloves minced)1/8 c water1/2 t curry powder1/4 t cuminsalt/black pepper (to taste)Preheat pan over MED heat.  Add onion and garlic.
