Tuna Salad for Immune Health & Weight Loss

Tuna Salad

  • 4 (5oz) Cans Albacore Tuna
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup olives
  • Handful Fresh Parsley – chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves – grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Red or White Wine Vinegar
  • Salt/Pepper

Drain canned tuna and prep all other ingredients. Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix until fully blended. Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
