Avocados are high in fat, but no worries! It’s the good kind – healthy monounsaturated fat which helps to lower bad cholesterol. And they are loaded with nutrients!   This is one of our favorite healthy foods for Phase 3-4.  So go ahead and eat one daily — for your heart’s sake 🙂
