P2 Chicken & Cabbage Soup

A P2 recipe that is so delicious, you will eat it when you’re not in P2!

Chicken & Cabbage Soup

100 grams chicken
2 C. Cabbage
2 C. Low Sodium Chicken Broth (or 1 C. Water, 1 C. broth)
2 Tbsp Bragg’s amino acids
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Chopped onion
Seasonings to taste (choose from any combination of the following): garlic powder, onion powder, signature blend, Asian Gourmet, Three Amigos seasoning, Himalayan pink salt,  & pepper

Cook chicken in broth mixture along with spices. Let simmer for a few minutes after the chicken is fully cooked. Add cabbage and cook until desired tenderness of cabbage.

    How do you measure 100 grams of chicken

      You can weight it by using a food scale. There are a number of them on Amazon or you can go to Walmart, Target, etc.

    What is the calories intake?

      121 calories. The recipe will count as (1) Veggie and (1) Protein.
