Creamy Salad Dressing

How about a new dressing for your green salad to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!

1 package (9 ounces) fresh spinach, torn
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries

Here is a new twist on the ever-popular Sassy Vinaigrette Seasoning for salad dressing. Made with stevia so you can have it every day! And what a great way to get in your Apple Cider Vinegar & MCT oil – both great for weight loss. This cost-effective salad dressing is easy and delicious! This recipe makes 7-8 oz depending on the strength you like it. It gets better with time!
Creamy Salad Dressing
2 Tbsp. Sassy Vinaigrette Seasoning
4 Tbsp. MCT Oil
2 Tbsp. filtered water
3 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 c. cottage cheese
15 drops liquid stevia. Blend together and enjoy! Makes for a great replacement for Caesar salad dressing!

    In Pounds and Inches it is in two sections vegetarian section and under the daily menu for when you experience meat aversion.

    I’m new…does the cottage cheese count as a meat for the day?

      1/2 cup is equal to one protein serving
