100 g chicken, cooked and chopped
1 apple, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
2 Tbsp. sweet onion, chopped
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Sprinkle of these spices as desired: Nutmeg, cardamom, curry, sea salt & pepper
8 drops Stevia, or to taste
Mix ingredients together, then sprinkle with stevia and cinnamon. Chill for 20minutes. Serve with a wedge of lemon and enjoy. This makes an excellent meal to carry to work or when you are traveling.
*Add one Melba Toast or Grissini with your meal.
