Heat coconut oil and add in the apples and spices. Stir fry to desired tenderness. Stevia to taste. This is an excellent fast and easy dessert for phase 2.
Classic Chocolate Delight
Easter serves up lots of unhealthy chocolate. Rather than indulge, prepare a dish of chocolate delight to have ready if needed. It will be much better to indulge in chocolate delight than to eat Easter candy.
2TB Coconut Oil, melted
1/2-1 TB cocoa (some do less to cut down on bitterness)
Liquid Stevia to taste (Flavored Stevia for variety, ie. Vanilla liquid stevia)
Fluff cocoa with a fork to break up any chunks. Add melted Coconut Oil.
Dash of sea salt
1TB of coffee (optional)
Phase 3 Version of Classic Chocolate Delight
