    I am on my last day of phase 3. I woke up this morning weighed myself and was up 2 lbs.again. I thought, oh not another steak day! I Walked over to my computer to check my mail and this message was in my mailbox. Life is funny!!!
    So, Carol is speaking directly to me. Thank you soooooo much Carol. I did that apple day you are talking about at the end of phase 2 (“cheated”) and am now going to go look at my numbers carefully. You just turned my day around, it was going to be a grumpy one. :o)

    on that note…….I have been stabilizing great in P3 I mean couldnt ask for any better maintaining. But when I hit P4 everything went haywire. I done 2 steak days in the first week and I keep gaining. Now I am up 8 lbs over my LDW. I was within the 2 lbs of my LIW the whole time in my P3 and was stabilized great, but WOW when I got in P4 everything is all wrong. I need help. Thank you.

    HI! I am on my 3rd day in phase 3. Up only .4. However, I am bloated and feel heavy.. is that normal and did you feel this way as well.

    Thank you for this helpful input- my stress level dropped! Even though I’m up 4 pounds, my inches are still gone and I feel good. I’m day 2 into Phase 3 with LIW 128.6 and now at 132. I’ve been sticking to protocol & no new foods yet. I plateaued at 131 before doing a steak day on day 21 VLCD. I think my body is saying the 131 mark is where it needs to be at this time.
