I just went to the gym – it feels great to workout! I haven’t been since my trip. Don’t forget you need to have protein right after your workout, preferably within 30 min. The best way to get protein in is through a Whey protein shake as it absorbs quicker into the body. I do mine with Almond milk, peanut butter, carab …powder, flax seed oil and ground flax seed and a little stevia. Sometimes I add 1/2 banana. yum! Try this chocolate shake recipe (Click Here)
