Healthy Breakfast Yogurt
Ingredients:
1 C. Greek Yogurt
1/2 Scoop Whey protein
3 Tbsp. Coconut milk
1/2 tsp. Stevia
1 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
1 Tbsp. Flax Seed meal
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
Mix all together and enjoy. Also good with with Amazing Grass Greens (Available on page 7 of the Marketplace) mixed in or topped with granola.
