Lemon Pepper Roasted Chicken

This is a great healthy easy recipe for phase 3

1 chicken
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp lemon pepper Mrs. Dash seasoning
1/2 tsp ground mustard
2 tsp ground garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
pinch of sea salt
juice from 2 lemons
1/2 c. water
4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Clean the chicken and remove giblets if present. Mix all the seasonings together in a small dish. Sprinkle on and inside the chicken. Place in a roasting pan or other baking dish. Mix water, lemon and oil together and drizzle all over the chicken. Cook at 325 for 1.5 hours, basting as needed.
