MCT Oil rocks. Use this as your fat of choice in cooking. Cook your meat or veggies in it! Mix in your Greek Yogurt! Take it as is! Use 2-4 teaspoons per day to stimulate metabolism, improve digestion, and release fat cells.

    Do I count the calories from the MCT oil in my daily count?

    no you do not need to count the calories of the MCTor Coconut oil 🙂
