The juice of one lemon can be used daily.  Any spices without additives are OK. Vinegar is good to have. Sweeteners can be used, but only stevia is recommended. Artificial and chemical sweeteners are not healthy. No fat, oil, butter, or dressing with the exception of MCT oil.  You do not have to eat all the food allotted for one day, but try to eat all of your protein. Eating less does not mean losing more. Any food not eaten one day does not carry over to the next day.

Strive to come as close to the 500-calorie suggestions as possible. Remember when using an app like My Fitness Pal that you will need to adjust the calories to custom since you are removing all fat prior to cooking. The proper calorie count is in cluded in the comprehensive P2 book found on our site.

Blessings to you on your journey and be sure to join the Facebook group for support.
