Apple Cider Vinegar increases energy consumption in the body and is great for people trying to lose weight. It is recommended that you drink 1 – 2 tsp. with 8 oz of water before each meal. I mix mine with 2 packages of Vanilla Stevia. I also use it in dressings, marinades and I even now add to my protein shakes.
I take a tablespoon, undiluted before each meal?? Is that ok, or should I mix it with water. I just find it torture to sip and drink slowly…..
