I just started P3. Should I do a cabbage day on Friday after Thanksgiving? I have not heard this. Am hoping not to gain, but maybe too much wishful thinking?
I would do the Carol cabbage trick and make a big pot of soup and eat/drink a cup everytime you are hungry. You should be ok for Thanksgiving if you avoid sugars 🙂
