Cheesy Meatballs
Another tasty meal to enjoy on Phase 3.
1 lb. lean hamburger/turkey
minced onion
fresh garlic
2 grissini’s crushed
1 tsp Italian seasoning
basil
other spices
1 egg white

Cut up cubes of your choices of pepperjack /cheddar/mozzeralla cheese
Mix ingredents together except for cheese. Form about a 2 inch ball of the mixture and press a cube of cheese into the center. Make sure the cheese is completely enclosed. Brown in skillet and bake in 350 oven till cooked through. approx 15 min.
