I have thried these and love them. I want to share mine: If you love coconut, you will love these
Macaroons: Makes about 4
2 Tblsp coconut flakes
2 Tblsp Almond meal
2 Tblsp coconut oil(room temp)
1 tsp of raw agave
Put mixture in a cup and mix with a spoon until it becomes like cookie dough.
make into 4 round balls and enjoy your macaroons.
I’ve tried the almond chocolate delight. It’s a little bitter. I used the vinalla stevia. Next time I’ll use agavie too.
How much can you eat.

Mine had no bitter taste at all. In fact it was a little TOO chocolatley and
sweet. I ate a couple but I felt like I overindulged because it was so
chocolatley. Definitely yummy. I had a +.2 gain this morning but I am sure
that will drop back off. I sometimes have small gains like that for no reason.
I am on my last 2 days of P2.
[…] of our Chocolate Delight Recipes you will notice we have starting substituting Carob Powder. The Carob Powder is much healthier […]
I used Chatfield’s carob powder and it has 16 grams of sugar is that okay on P2?
I have carob powder so do I still do 1 cup of carob powder and 1 cup of coco Oil or is that too much carob powder?
Yep you just substitute the carob powder for the amount called for cocoa in the recipes. If you wanted you could start with 1/2 or so of the carob powder, make just one piece of chocolate delight and see what you prefer.
can you have any of the plain chocolate delight on phase 1?
Is any sugar free cocoa allowed?
yes 🙂

I am not a big fan of coconut is there anything else that I can use……
I would say no, the coconut oil works to make the CD because it hardens at 70 degrees. There are some co that have less co taste. There are no other oils for phase 2 protocol except mct oil.
Okay though I have another question. I have Now Organic virgin coconut oil (cold pressed and unrefined) is this okay to use? Just asking because that’s what I have here.
Thanks,
Dee

Hi Carol, I used the same miniature ice tray like the one you used in the video blog, how many chocolate delights do you recommend per day? Thx
I have been making the chocolate delight with no stevia and eating it with strawberries, raspberries or orange slices for dessert. It’s amazing!
I’m intrigued by these but not sure where it falls in the whole protein/fruit/veggie thing…are these just extra treats you can eat whenever and if so, how many does recipe make and how many should be allowed per day? Thanks in advance!
Hi, I’m a newbie (week 2 of P2) and really interested in making these but confused on a few things. It says 1 cup of coconut oil – is that 1 cup solid form or 1 cup melted…or maybe that is the same (forgive me I’m not much of a cook)…and that’s a huge amount of oil so how many of these does this make and how many does one eat a day?
melted.. and I would make 2T of co with 1T of chocolate and try it before making that big batch.. get your recipe down if you need help email me at miracleskinnydrops@gmail.com
