Apple Cider Vinegar Juice

Apple Cider Vinegar Juice Detox Drink p3 and beyond
64 oz. Pure Organic Apple Juice (no added ingredients)
1/2 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Liquid Stevia (plain or flavored – grape is good)

Mix all together and drink 1 8 oz glass before meals. Store in refrigerator.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and weight loss health benefits have been a topic of conversation for decades. This is a completely natural way to shed pounds and is a tried and true home remedy that is used all over the globe. ACV stimulates the metabolism and cleansing of the internal organs. It is also very powerful in helping release stored fat cells. ACV is a completely natural product, resulting from the fermentation of apple juice to hard apple cider followed by a second fermentation to apple cider vinegar. However, make sure you use Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Many commercial products have been pasteurized, filtered, refined or distilled in order to make the product more appealing to the general public. These extra processing steps destroy many of the vitamins, nutrients and fermentation products that are thought to be important elements in apple cider vinegar’s health benefits and weight loss properties. Mix one tablespoon of ACV diluted in water before each meal. Some don’t like the taste, so you can mix with Stevia or a little lemon juice. Use ACV as your liquid while cooking or sprinkle over your vegetables and salads.

          if you can handle the carbs in apple juice and skip fruit you can have in p3.. but will need to watch your carb count which usually does best 60g or less

    Angela apple cider vinegar is not apple juice. Vinegar is a product of fermentation. This is a process in which sugars in a food are broken down by bacteria and yeast.       I am sorry,,,, 64 ounces of apple juice and 1/2 cup of ACV. I thought we were not allowed to have any juice in phase 2?

    Is there receipe for a smaller dosage? Like a 1 cup version? I just want to try it and see if I can tolerate it before I make a large amount.

      it is 1/2 cup of acv per 8 cups of apple juice. divide that down to one cup and add 1-2Tbsp of acv and stevia to taste (a few drops)
